Ulster Impact30 Series hears from Safewater Academic

5th dezembro 2018

Dr Mike Brennan, Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at Ulster University today (5th Dec 18) delivered Ulster’s second seminar in the Impact30 Series. Using the SAFEWATER multidisciplinary experience, he described the practical pathways to impact using Transdisciplinarity, Logframe and Theory of Change.

Impact30 is a series of informal, 30-minute seminars, which will provide guidance and support in the area of research impact.  Ulster University established career academics will share their knowledge, experience and expertise in this area. Talks are 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of discussion over a light lunch

Safewater is a project where the wider dissemination of activities is extremely important for the consortium to develop the organisational capacity of the partner institutions both in the UK and in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. It also ensures that the Global Challenges Research Fund aim of Official development assistance (ODA) is defined by models, which Dr Brennan described in his talk, which promote and specifically targets the economic development and welfare of developing countries.
